Peyton John!!!!!

I caught Peyton sharing his snack with the kittens. Instead of being a good mother and removing him immediately I got the camera and recorded him.

mohawks and mo fun than any birthday girl can handle

Kristine (sister) turned 20 today! She is no longer a teenager. Her birthday celebration started on Monday with bowling and Pizza and finished today with a mexican dinner and pinata. Grandma , Jeff, and benji
Brooklyn and Addie

Trey is an awesome bowler

the pinata

Kristine and Thea's cake. it is also Thea's birthday today

Trey and Peyton had to get their annual Mohawks.

I am really concerned about PJ. His favorite toys in the pinata were the necklaces, bracelets and rings.

We're going to party

Landan is gone for his semi-Annual Moab trip with his bros. My kids wanted to have some fun too. So of course we made pizzas. I am really proud of myself for allowing Addie and the boys to really be the ones assembling the pizzas. They did a great Job!
Peyton actually enjoyed putting on the items.

Ready to go in the oven. Trey's belly is full by now. He ate more than he put on top. Side note: the boys are shirtless because they are going through a phase where they insist on having their shirts off when they are home.

Enjoying their hard work. Delicious!

Cheers. I let them have Mt Dew tonight. Probably a big mistake

I tried to get them tired by playing ring around the rosies, basketball and races. Hopefully they will go to sleep tonight.

Life as I know it

Finding Peyton doing something he shouldn't happens a couple dozen times a day. I wish that made it easier to deal with, but it just means I am in a constant state of frustration, shock and dismay. How can this sweet little face cause such disasters??

So for the second time this week, I have caught Peyton covered from head to toe in Vaseline.

We also went to the canyon today. I just needed an adventure with the kids while Landan watched boring Football. It was fun for a very short period of time. Then Peyton decided he was going to try and dive in the rushing water. We went home.

way too much fun for Labor Day

WINNER!!! Peyton is the Grand Prize winner in the Payson Onion Days baby contest. He won a 100.00 savings bond. That was super exciting.
Addie was in the Payson parade for being Little Miss Santaquin. She loves this and will be sad there are no more parades during her reign. lol

Peyton hates the parades. The noise really scares him. Thankfully Grandma Patty was there to rescue him.

After the parade we went to Lagoon. We left PJ with Grandma Patty so it was just the 4 of us with all of the Huff family. Addie loved everything

Trey hated everything.

Except for the water. He loved this and could have stayed all day in this one spot.

Addie had a great time playing with her many cousins around the same age. It was fun to see everyone.

bad boys bad boys...

I had a great time with these two little cuties at the park this morning. They were absolutely delightful.
Trey was skipping everywhere and being nice to Peyt. I had no idea that our perfect park adventure would turn in to a .................

NAP TIME NIGHTMARE! yes, this is their bedroom wall.

what beautiful body art

I wish they weren't so proud of their project.. But I don't know what kind of message I am sending when I am yelling at them while I am snapping pictures.

First day for Trey

Trey started preschool today! I had Carlene do the dirty work and take him. He cried all the way to preschool but stopped the screaming and just whimpered once they arrived. The teachers said he did pretty good. He had a couple moments of sadness but participated the majority of the time. I have to say that I am quite pleased. It could have been much much worse. Trey and cousin Hallie arriving at preschool.
Trey before he left. I don't think he was sure about this
