have you ever???

Have you ever counted down the hours until bedtime, because you can't take another moment of attitude and tears. You are sick of dealing with demanding, snotty, unappreciative....
sobbing, hungry, poopy diapers

temper tantrums, hitting, pinching biting..... and finally BEDTIME arrives......

and you miss them, because suddenly you only remember Addie pretending she is Beyonce and saying she is writing in curfage. (cursive)

Trey giggling, saying "Oh Snap" and calling me Stephanie Huff

Peyton giving an adorable grin or a great big slobbery kiss, complete with sound effects of mmmm maaaaaa! And you almost want to get them back out of bed... Almost

Now tell me, have you ever?

Yes- some days are just too long. But the problem here is they are all worn out 2 hours before bedtime and then at bedtime, they are finally all playing together and happy that I can't be mean and ruin their sibling moments by putting them to bed.
Wow...what did you do to get Addie so mad?

uh.... actually, yes. Last night we went to dinner at a somewhat nice restaurant and Alex was a monster... until we left. Then she was all smiles. Her timing isn't exactly perfect.... she is though. :)

HAHA! That cracks me up. Addie is so full of personality and quite famous being Beyonce and the Niece of Obama. ;)

Cute kids as always!

I can agree with you too. Babysitting the nieces and nephew at their worst times and then seeing them asleep makes me only remember their cuteness!

Have you ever looked so forward to bedtime and then just about cried because you realized it was still 12 hours away?? Now those are the bad days...

Oh I have...
I feel like Megan on this one. Sometimes I am counting down the minute the little darlings get up!

But they do look so sweet asleep in their beds...

So cute. Cannon likes to play peekaboo when he gets in his crib and it's so cute I feel bad leaving him sometimes.
