Addie came home from school last week with a note suggesting they build a leprechaun trap. It is due tomorrow and we started working on it about 4:00 today. Addie had a lot of fun designing and building her trap. Pictured above: The leprechaun will be lured up the ladder after reading the sign that there is indeed a pot of gold inside...
after climbing the ladder the leprechaun will jump into the pot of gold where the blue item with silver string will wrap around the leprechaun and trap him/her. Addie is pretty sure this will actually work... The joys of kindergarten!!!!

Fortunately this kindergarten project hasn't made it in our homework assignments yet. The fun part is deciding what to do with it after it comes home with a gold star. Maybe you can rent it out...
You put way more time into it than I did. I was trying to bribe big brother into helping and he didn't, so 15 minutes before school we were improvising.
