good times
I love the nice weather. It is the perfect running weather. I had the opportunity today to run on the Provo river trail while Addie was at dance at BYU. I wish I lived closer to the trail. The boys were so good while I ran. I rewarded them by letting them throw rocks in the water when I was all done. Good times for everyone.

I love the Provo river trail! When I was in college we use to roller blade it all the time and P and I would go on walks along it with Boston when he was a baby!
I love the trail but I hope you have some pepper spray cause I used to go on it alone all the time and I had so many people tell me that was a bad idea. I guess it depends on what area, though. There are always so many people on it though so who knows...
Anyway Girl, I gots the shinsplints real bad so it's ice city for me for a while.
I was unaware they still sold regular roller skates. I'm proud you're keeping the past alive.
Good job on the run. Yesterday I sat in an office for 12 hours so that was really nice to hear that you got to go running outside. Thanks for that. ;P
